Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 ºF and place cupcake liners of choice in a cupcake tin.
  • 2 Prepare cake mix as instructed on back of box; add melted white chocolate, and mix well.
  • 3 Divide batter evenly among cupcake tin and bake as directed on cake mix box.
  • 4 Allow to cool in cupcake tin for 5 minutes then remove to allow to cool completely.
  • 5 Carefully peel back cupcake liner and dip entire cupcake top into melted chocolate.
  • 6 Top with shredded coconut. Repeat with remaining cupcakes.
