Every time I make these vegetarian pizza rolls, their delicious smell attracts everyone in just a matter of seconds. The kitchen gets filled with happy faces waiting for the rolls to be ready, and sometimes, they can’t even wait for the rolls to cool down after they come out of the oven. This recipe is simple, and you can add in your favorite ingredients. This is a vegetarian recipe, but you can mix in any flavors you want. Your kids will enjoy eating veggies when you serve them like this!

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped squash
  • 1 cup chopped peppers
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • 2
    Stretch the pizza dough over a surface covered in flour.

    Cover with tomato sauce.
  • 4
    Add all of the chopped vegetables and grated cheese.

    Roll the dough slowly, and once you have the roll, cut it into thick slices.

    Grease a baking tray and place the rolls.

    Bake for about 15 minutes.

    Serve the rolls immediately, if you prefer, serve them with tomato sauce.
