Directions

  • 1 Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  • 2 Add egg, evaporated milk, condensed milk, regular milk, butter and vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients while you heat up a frying pan or griddle.
  • 3 Use oil to lightly coat the surface of the frying pan and add a little of the pancake batter. Add enough batter until you have a pancake of the desired size.
  • 4 When it starts to bubble and the edges are dry, it’s time to flip. Cook on both sides and serve immediately.
