Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/2 cups turkey broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • 1
    Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the flour while stirring constantly. Cook the mixture for 2 minutes or until it turns light brown.

    Keep stirring with a wooden spoon while you add the broth, salt and pepper. Keep stirring for 3 minutes while the sauce thickens. Remove from the stove when ready. Serve and enjoy!
