Directions

  • 1 Wash the tomatoes. With a sharp knife, cut the top off each tomato and remove the heart and seeds with a teaspoon. Wash them again and drain them over paper towels.
  • 2 Put the chicken in a deep bowl and mix it with the rest of the ingredients. Add the mayo, mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 Stuff the tomatoes with chicken salad. Refrigerate until serving.
