cup vegetable broth

lb Chinese noodles

Tallarín saltado (stir-fried noodles) is an Asian dish that has become very popular in Peru, and it’s considered one of the favorite dishes in the country’s culinary repertoire. Its preparation is very quick, so make sure everything is ready, chopped and measured… It won’t take you too long to make lunch!

You can add meat that’s been cut into thin strips, chicken or shrimp.

Directions

  • 1 In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • 2 Add mushrooms, garlic, onion, tomatoes and ají (pepper). Cook for 3 minutes. Incorporate soy sauce and vinegar; combining everything.
  • 3 Add vegetable broth and sesame oil; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 In the meantime, cook the Chinese noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  • 5 Divide the noodles into 4 plates and baste the vegetables with the cooking juice.
  • 6 Serve immediately.
