Valentine’s Day is almost here and… what better way to celebrate it than right in your own home with your better half, avoiding the hassle of waiting in long lines for a table at a restaurant?! Be creative and prepare a delicious seafood dinner and a special dessert; remember that chocolate is the highlight of the evening. Ingredients

  • 8 oz frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  • 1
    In blender, blend rum, lemon juice, sugar and frozen strawberries until mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Serve in cold glasses or goblets.

    Garnish with fresh strawberries or lemon.

    Substitute vodka for rum, if desired.

    You can also use other tropical fruits like mango, pineapple or orange.
