This strawberry chia jam gives yogurt a creamy touch similar to pudding but without all the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, plus 1 teaspoon for garnish
  • 4 Yoplait® Whips!® chocolate mousse yogurt

Directions

  • 1
    Place sliced strawberries and lemon juice in a small bowl and mash with fork. Stir in chia seeds, set aside to thicken, about 10 minutes.
  • 2
    When ready to serve, mix in 1 tablespoon strawberry chia jam with each yogurt and top with additional strawberry chia jam. Garnish with chia seeds and serve.
