Ingredients

  • 1 package (9-oz) frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and strained
  • 3/4 cup of natural yogurt
  • 3/4 cup of low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 scallions, only the white, cut into thin strips
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix the spinach, yogurt, mayo and scallions in a food processor.

    Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. Keep the dip covered and refrigerated until you're ready to serve.
