This wonderful, refreshing and energizing smoothie takes me back to my days as a little girl. Yogurt gives this recipe the desired creaminess.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Cookies to serve it with, if desired

Directions

    Save a few blackberries for decoration.
  • 2
    In blender, stir in blackberries, yogurt, spinach, milk and honey. Blend on high until smooth.
  • 3
    Pour it in the glasses you previously put in the freezer.
  • 4
    Decorate with the blackberries you saved and serve immediately!
