Directions

  • 1 For the chips: Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  • 2 Place kale in a large bowl. Add olive oil and massage oil on leaves for 5 minutes. Evenly arrange kale on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with chile powder and salt. Place in the oven for 15 minutes. Shake rotating baking sheet at 7 minutes. Remove from oven and place in a large shallow plate.
  • 3 For the sauce: Combine yogurt, lime and cilantro in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with kale chips.
