Directions

  • 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix butter and lemon-pepper seasoning; brush on potato, zucchini, squash, bell peppers and onion.
  • 2 Place vegetables on grill over medium heat. Cover; cook 10 to 20 minutes, turning frequently, until tender.
  • 3 Line platter with lettuce. As vegetables become done, remove from grill to platter. Sprinkle with dressing. Serve warm.
