When you receive guests at home, you don't have to be cooking for hours! A good selection of cheese, cold cuts and a few dips will be more than enough to enjoy the evening. Made with greek-style yogurt and spices, this dip is truly sabroso. I like to serve this dip alongside some sticks of raw cauliflower, broccoli, celery and carrots, but sweet potato chips also pair well for a salty-sweet combination. Their orange color makes a great presentation at the table, too. One advantage is that you can prepare this dip in advance and leave it refrigerated until you're ready to serve. With this flexible recipe, you can also add ingredients, such as other spices or diced peppers for a more intense flavor. I recommend that you save this recipe next to your traditional dips, as it's simple to prepare and will let you enjoy your friends more and rush less. Great for picnics or the beach, bring your dip along in a mason jar kept in the cooler until ready.
