  • 3 Slice the strips of bacon in half, wrap a strip around each shrimp, and keep the bacon in place with a toothpick.
  • 4 Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Heat the brandy in another container. Remove the frying pan from the heat, add the brandy, and very carefully, set the liquor on fire. Let evaporate.
  • 5 Serve with pasta or a side salad, and enjoy.
