Expert Tips

If you want to make it spicy, add a few drops of Tabasco sauce to the shrimp mix.

Directions

  • 1 Mix the shrimp and the lime juice, and then add the chopped cilantro.
  • 2 Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
  • 3 Once it has been marinated, remove the liquid and cook the shrimp in a pan for no more than 5 minutes.
  • 4 Add the chopped cucumber, making sure you mix it well.
  • 5 Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, take out some of the pulp and add it to the shrimp mix.
  • 6 Stuff the avocado halves with the shrimp. Serve immediately.
