cloves of garlic, minced or paste
Salt, if desired

Expert Tips

Serve with potatoes (papas) a la huancaína.

You can alternate shrimp on the skewers with peppers, pineapple or onions, whatever you like!

Directions

  • 1 Wash and clean shrimp.
  • 2 Season with lemon, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • 3 Insert into wooden skewers. Repeat action until skewers are filled with shrimp.
  • 4 Brush shrimp skewers with olive oil. Grill over medium heat uncovered for about 8 to 15 minutes turning them once or until shrimp turns pink.
