Directions

  • 1 Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
  • 2 Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add shrimp and garlic; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp just begin to turn pink.
  • 3 Stir in all remaining ingredients. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated. Serve over pasta.
