tablespoons of canola oil

(15 ozs) jar of Alfredo sauce

Directions

  • 3 Heat the oil in a wok or large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook on both sides until they're no longer pink. Don't let them overcook.
  • 4 Add the vegetables and sauté together for about 5 more minutes. Add the Alfredo sauce. Once it’s hot, remove it from the saucepan and serve over pasta or rice.
