Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ozs each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Mix the olive oil with the garlic, red pepper, jam and water.

    Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Place the salmon on a nonstick baking sheet. Cover it with the marmalade mixture.

    Bake until the salmon is cooked, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
