Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Coarse salt, to taste

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
  • 2
    Put the chickpeas in a pot with some water.

    Add the vinegar and bring to a boil.
  • 4
    Turn off the stove and let preparation rest for approximately 20 minutes.

    Thoroughly drain the chickpeas.

    Line a baking sheet with non-stick pan lining paper and arrange the chickpeas for roasting.

    Drizzle with olive oil and salt, to taste.

    Bake for 1/2 hour or until golden brown and crispy.
