Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups ground Maria cookies
  • Clarified butter 1 stick (4 oz)
  • 1 can condensed milk (12 oz)
  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries to serve

Directions

  • 1
Add the ground cookies to a 7-inch rectangular baking dish and combine with the clarified butter using a fork. Use your hands to apply pressure to this paste and cover the bottom of the dish with it to create the crust.
  • 2
Add the condensed milk, cream cheese, eggs, juice and lemon zest to a blender and process until you have an even consistency.
  • 3
Pour this mixture into the dish with the cookie base, add the raspberries and bake to 350°F for 45 minutes.
  • 4
