Expert Tips

This pastry requires refrigeration to remain fresh.

Cheesecake has always been one of my favorite desserts. I have a simple cheesecake recipe that's just incredibly mouthwatering. You can put on your creative cap and combine the cheese base with seasonal fruits, pieces of brownie, dulce de leche or anything you can come up with. I invite you to try this raspberry cheesecake recipe, I'm sure you'll love it!

Directions

  • 1 Add the ground cookies to a 7-inch rectangular baking dish and combine with the clarified butter using a fork. Use your hands to apply pressure to this paste and cover the bottom of the dish with it to create the crust.
  • 2 Add the condensed milk, cream cheese, eggs, juice and lemon zest to a blender and process until you have an even consistency.
  • 3 Pour this mixture into the dish with the cookie base, add the raspberries and bake to 350°F for 45 minutes.
  • 4 When it's ready, remove from the oven and let cool before cutting. Use a sharp knife to cut out bars with raspberries and place them on a dish with fresh strawberries.
