Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar, butter and egg with electric mixer on medium speed, until well blended. In small bowl combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in flour mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in oats, quinoa, and chocolate chips (dough will be stiff).
  • 2 On ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
  • 3 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
