Ingredients

  • 3 bolillo rolls
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

    Slice each bolillo roll in half, lengthwise.
  • 2
    Spray each half with cooking spray and lightly toast on a griddle.
  • 3
    In the meantime, heat the refried beans over low heat.
  • 4
    When toasted, spread each slice with refried beans and top with shredded cheese.
  • 5
    Place on a baking sheet and broil until the cheese melts, about 2 minutes.

    Serve immediately.
