Though many introduce prunes into their diet for the digestive properties, my reason is simply the flavor and the versatility that allows it to find a place in different dishes. Prunes can be mixed with white rice, turned into a sauce to serve with juicy meat, served in salads and can even be served as a side for pastries and other desserts. Today I wanted to enjoy them as a sauce that goes very well with pork kebabs. Include this sauce in your BBQ and surprise everyone!
