Directions

  • 1 Peel oranges and set aside.
  • 2 Cut and core apples.
  • 3 Remove the seeds.
  • 4 Peel off hard shell of tamarind pod, then devein.
  • 5 Place large pot over medium low flame.
  • 6 Add all ingredients into pot.
  • 7 Place a lid on pot and let it boil/simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
  • 8 Serve hot and enjoy!
