Many of us may believe that eggs are strictly a breakfast food, but these poached eggs are here to prove you wrong! They're very easy to prepare and so versatile that you can make them any time of day. You can even serve them as an appetizer or for a special occasion.
I usually prepare them as an appetizer for Easter, which tends to leave all of my guests with the hopes of coming back next year for more! Take note of the ingredients: toast, cheese, chard and eggs. It couldn't be simpler.
