Often times we're in such a hurry during the week that we don't have the time to prepare a complete breakfast or worse, lunch for our kids. I recommend these easy, but delicious sandwiches made in just a few minutes. Great to take to work or add to your kid's lunchbox.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of raisin bread or wheat bread
  • 2-4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 green apple

Directions

  • 1
    Wash and thinly slice the apple.
  • 2
    Toast the bread on a panini press or saucepan.
  • 3
    Spread the peanut butter and add the apple slices.
