Milhojas pastry is a delicious and popular dessert in Latin America that is prepared with sheets of puff pastry. When I was a little girl, I would usually eat this dessert on Fridays after school at my local bakery. There are different versions of Milhojas, the most well known is made of three layers of puff pastry separated by layers of Chantilly cream, frosting or dulce de leche.
