These brightly colored papaya parfait treats contain a delicious combination of fruit, granola, and yogurt, with papaya as the star. Not only is this tropical fruit delicious, it's also very nutritious. Papaya is also low in cost and combines wonderfully with other ingredients. Mix the papaya with Greek yogurt, honey, a touch of lemon and other seasonal fruits to enjoy a delicious and nutritious dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Yoplait® Greek plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup diced papaya
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of granola

Directions

  • 1
    Mix your Greek yogurt with t honey and then the tablespoon of lemon. Add some papaya to two cups along with raspberries and blueberries.

    Cover the layer of fruits with a layer of yogurt and then a bit of granola.

    Continue layer with more fruits and granola.

    Repeat the process by starting with a layer of fruits then yogurt and finishing with granola.

    Serve right away.
