When I have ready-to-bake bread dough in the fridge I feel incredibly happy. It's so great to put fresh warm bread on the table at any time of day and with just a few changes I can add variety and adapt the recipe for different festivities throughout the year. For example, for a simple Easter bread that is still incredibly delicious, I decided to prepare cinnamon rolls with orange glaze stuffed with chocolate eggs. Bread with chocolate is always delicious and it makes me want to prepare an extra special, luxurious breakfast. The best part of this recipe is that if you bake them separately they are ready in just 11 to 12 minutes. Can you imagine? It's like having a bakery in your home; in the blink of an eye you'll have delicious fresh bread ready for your whole family! I recommend leaving the glaze for the last minute and always eat the pastries fresh out of the oven. After all, there's really nothing better than that, plus a cup of coffee.
