Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ancho chile powder
  • 2 cups turkey or chicken broth
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat.

    Add flour, oregano and ancho chile powder, stirring with a whisk.

    Gradually add turkey or chicken broth whisking until blended.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes until gravy is thick, stirring constantly.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
