Memorial Day in the United States is a day when families get together to barbeque or enjoy dinners to commemorate such an important holiday, especially if someone in the family is in the military. For this occasion, it always good to have special drink recipes at hand. Who doesn’t like a delicious drink? Even more so if it’s frozen! This is why I want to share this natural orange juice and seasonal blueberry paletas recipe with you. I know kids and adults alike will enjoy them!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of natural orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons of blueberries

Directions

  • 1
    You will need 4, 8-oz plastic cups and 4 popsicle sticks.
  • 2
    Place the plastic cups in a casserole that fits in your freezer. Add orange juice to each glass along with one tablespoon of blueberries. Freeze this mixture for 45 minutes.
  • 3
    When the paletas are halfway frozen, insert the popsicle stick in the middle. Let the paletas harden and when they’re ready, serve them to your guests.
