Directions

  • 1 In large bowl, toss nopales, onion, tomatoes and cilantro.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice and bouillon granules. Add to nopales mixture; toss to mix. Top with avocado and cheese. Refrigerate any remaining salad.
