I’m a big fan of no-bake desserts, especially in the summer time, when you don’t want to heat up the kitchen by turning on the oven. I have several recipes that I go to time and time again, and this is one of them. This easy, no-bake dessert is always a big hit when I take it to pot-lucks or family fiestas! Everyone always asks me for the recipe. Let me warn you right now, you cannot eat just one serving of this sweet treat. It is so delicious the flavors explode in your mouth. One bite of Banana Split Dessert and you’ll be saying the same thing my little one says when he eats it: “There’s a party in my tummy!” Make some for your family and let me know what they think of it.

You can leave out the walnuts if you like. The dessert is still great without them. You can also drizzle a little chocolate syrup over the dessert; kids like that!
