In the evening I usually only have about 30 minutes to make dinner and some days I don’t even have the time to stop to buy hamburger buns. This is why I always have a can a Pillsbury™ Grands!™ in the refrigerator. This time, I’ve replaced hamburger buns with delicious flaky biscuits and had a great result. I invite you to give them a try.

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the biscuits on a baking dish side by side in the middle of the dish, this way they only brown on the top and bottom. Bake for 18 minutes.
  • 2 Place the meat in a bowl and sprinkle with salt, cumin and garlic. Mix well with your hands and divide into 8 equal portions. Shape them into hamburger patties.
  • 3 Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the burgers. I made 4 at a time and cook 4 minutes on both sides.
  • 4 Once the biscuits are baked, remove them from the oven and cut them in half with a knife. Fill each on with a burger, cheese and any toppings you like.
  • 5 Serve immediately.
