These can be made up to 8 hours ahead. To reheat them, place them in a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for approximately 5 minutes.

Directions

  • 1 Dry the grated potatoes well with paper towels.
  • 2 Cook the onion in a pan with the butter for 5 minutes until the onions have caramelized.
