Expert Tips

Meatloaf with shrimp is one of those recipes that take you out of your comfort zone. It's surprisingly simple and delicious. Generally, I prepare meatloaf with vegetables, because it hadn't occurred to me to add a different meat or fish. A recipe I saw on television inspired me, so I decided to test out a different way to prepare this dish and here it is!

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • 2 Use your hands to mix the ground beef, onion, one egg and bread crumbs in a bowl until they are well combined. Add the shrimp and mix.
  • 3 Place the meat in a baking dish and add more shrimp if you like. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for around 25 minutes.
  • 4 5 minutes before removing it from the oven, add the sauce and cover. Bake again until the time is up.
  • 5 Once cooked, cut and serve.
