  • 1 Sauté the chorizo in a nonstick frying pan on medium heat, until it’s completely cooked. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • 2 Boil the 6 cups of water on a medium-sized pot on high heat. Add pasta and salt. Reduce heat to medium and cook pasta for 8-10 minutes or until it’s al dente. Remove from heat and strain carefully.
  • 3 Blend milk and crema mexicana with the chipotle chili until everything is completely processed. Melt butter in a pot on medium-low heat.
