Store in a closed container or sealed bag in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or microwave oven before serving.

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray muffin or cupcake pans with non-stick cooking spray or line pan with individual liners.
  • 2 Combine the pancake mix with the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract, stirring together until smooth. Pour batter into the pan, filling each muffin 2/3 full. Add chopped strawberries and cereal to the top of each muffin.
  • 3 Bake for 14-15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center of muffin comes out clean.
