Sometimes mornings in our house are completely crazy. Getting my son up and ready for school and making sure all the homework is in his backpack should be considered a full-time job. No matter how rushed we are, I always like to get something in our tummies before we walk out the door. Most mornings all we have time for is a smoothie to go. I make sure our smoothies include yogurt to keep us fuller for a longer time and blueberries for cognitive support.
