Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 325°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup Bisquick mix, the brown sugar and nuts. Cut in 2 tablespoons butter, using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until crumbly; set aside.
  • 2 In medium bowl, mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread in pie plate.
  • 3 In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with streusel.
  • 4 Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Store covered in refrigerator.
