Cold winter nights always make me want to have some hot punch. There’s nothing like a cup of punch and a nice book, or having some with your family. This hot punch with cranberries and cinnamon is also really colorful, which will look great on your table. It’s a bit bittersweet and light. Now that cranberries are in season, you can just get some and prepare it.

  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 orange zest
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries

Directions

  • 1
Pour the cranberry juice into a pot. Add the cinnamon, orange zest, sugar and fresh cranberries.
  • 2
Heat up over high heat until it starts boiling. Cover the pot and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let it cool down for 5 more minutes, before serving.

Expert Tips
