Silvia Martínez One of my favorite combinations is honey and mustard, together they produce an exquisite taste that can be used in a variety of dishes. The recipe I’m sharing with you today is light and has the perfect balance of sweet and spicy that only mustard can give. The orange juice surprises with its freshness and provides the necessary liquid for the cooking process. This honey sauce with mustard and orange is perfect for baked chicken. This is enough for a whole chicken or 4-6 breasts. Just season the chicken with salt and pepper, add the sauce and bake. You can prepare it ahead of time and put it away in the refrigerator in a sealed container until you’re ready to use. It can stay refrigerated for up to one week. You can also prepare it and the chicken and then leave refrigerated for the next day. However you prepare it I know you’ll be surprised at the delicious taste.
