With summer just around the corner, my family and my life is about to become fast and furious. We’re all constantly on the go and it's hard to plan out meal times because everyday is pretty unpredictable. Quick meals and snacks are the key to our eating habits. I typically like to have us eat nutritional snacks. I've recently developed a yummy and wholesome snack that the boys seem to love. I myself love the fact that they are getting some valuable nutrients between meals. It's very simple to prepare. I love it because it allows us to start the day with well-rounded fuel. I could eat this wonderfully fresh tidbit all day long!

Directions

  • 1 Remove the granola bars from their packages. You will now have 2 bars.
  • 2 Spread each bar with 1 1/2 tablespoons of cream cheese.
  • 3 Top each bar with 3 dried apricots each.
  • 4 Drizzle a teaspoon of honey over the top of each bar. Enjoy!
