Directions

  • 1 In a pot over medium heat, pour three cups of water and add the hibiscus flowers.
  • 2 When the mixture begins to boil, lower the heat and cook for 10 more minutes.
  • 3 Afterwards, remove from heat and let the hibiscus water cool. Strain the liquid.
  • 4 Add the rest of the water, pomegranate juice and sugar to the infusion. Stir well and serve cold.
