Directions

  • 1 Put the mashed potato in a container with the chopped ham, cheese, butter, milk, salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • 2 Form croquettes and dip them first in the egg wash before breading with bread crumbs.
  • 3 Heat a frying pan with the oil and, when it’s very hot, add the croquettes.
  • 4 Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown, remove and set on paper towels to absorb extra oil.
  • 5 Serve and enjoy.
