Expert Tips

For the rolls, you can use turkey instead of ham.

For New Years dinner I like to prepare simple snacks that don’t require too many ingredients or too much time, but sometimes guests are a little picky. I like to serve delicious ham and cheese rolls. I also like using whatever meat I have in the house to fill them, like slices of turkey or pieces of chicken. For drinks, I like brightly colored ones that use seasonal ingredients. Today I’m sharing a recipe for a delicious cocktails using pomegranates that pairs wonderfully with the rolls.

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • 2 Take each disk in your hand and flatten them. Add ham and cheese to 4 of them and seal with another sick, be sure the borders stick together. Add a bit of cheese on top.
  • 3 Bake for close to 13 minutes and/or until they brown.
  • 4 To prepare the cocktail: Add all the ingredients to a glass and serve cold.
  • 5 Add ice cubes if you like.
