egg, whipped

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • 2 Sautee the pepper, parsley, hake and shrimp with the tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 3 Add the white wine and the tomato.
  • 4 Mix the ingredients well and cook at low heat.
  • 5 Taste and add salt if necessary.
  • 6 Use this mixture to fill the Pillsbury dough disks and seal well. You can use a fork to apply pressure to the borders.
  • 7 Place them in a baking dish and paint with the whipped egg.
  • 8 Let bake for approximately 12 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown.
  • 9 Serve immediately.
