Our red chile gravy recipe is so addicting you’ll want to pour it over your entire Thanksgiving plate. Since it’s made with chile guajillo plus turkey broth, this gravy is both rich and smoky. Chile guajillo is a mild chile with a full-bodied, fruity flavor which makes it seem like it’s been simmering all day.
