Expert Tips

You could sprinkle some sugar on top of the Pillsbury™ Original Crescents Rolls if you would prefer a sweet treat.

This is a new tradition that I plan to implement on every Thanksgiving from now on. It’s an idea that I got from the internet and I found it to be a lot of fun: gratitude rolls. The best part about this new tradition is that the recipe is very easy to make and even more so if we use products like Pillsbury™ Original Crescents. All we have left to do is to invest a little of our time in making the gratitude notes. When guests sit down at the table to open their dinner rolls, they’ll find a very nice surprise. They’re fortune cookies with Thanksgiving style!

Directions

  • 1 Separate the dough as indicated on the package.
  • 2 When it’s time to roll the dough, place the printed messages along the wide side of the triangles, not the tip. Start rolling from the wide side on.
  • 3 Bake as directed on the package. Serve.
